Had such a lovely day doing hair and Makeup for A place in the sun’s presenters Laura Hamilton and Jasmine Harmen at The Grove Balham which has an amazing art decor feel about it.
For Laura I wanted to go down the sleek side , so a french twist that would go with the sleekness of her red dress. I out her hair in rollers and used alot of back combing to create the twist . Using loads of Paul Mitchell stay strong hair spray.
For Jasmine i wanted a quite relaxed hairstyle for her. So went for soft curls in rollers and using Paul Mitchell gloss drops which create a really smooth curl. .
For Laura i used a smokey eye using Mac makeup . Using patina, Satin taupe and Smut for the eyes. For the base i use Armami Skin Illumnator and Stila convertible colour petunia on her cheeks. For Jasmine i used soft pastels on her eyes a Stila Salmon and golden browns in the socket. With Mac red lips.
